- Lasiruusu Glass Workshop: glass workshop and sales exhibition open daily from 9 am to 5 pm, Niementie 1.

Wintertime Tips:
- Enjoy a peaceful walk along the frosty the Saimaa Seal Trail, and have a cozy break at Norppalaavu lean-to.
- Take a ferry ride across the icy Hätinvirta to Niinisaari.
- Admire the views from Lietveden Maisematien and watch the sunset on the snowy shores of Pistohiekka.
- Watch glassmaking at Lasiruusu and shop at the village stores.
- Stop by the Saimaa Spinnery outlet for inspiration for crafts.
- Savor local food at Puumala’s restaurants and enjoy a coffee break after a village tour.
- Gaze at the views from Puumala Bridge and admire the glowing Saimaa Lighthouse art installation at dusk.
- Relax the lakeside saunas or recharge at Veeran Ranta’s ice hole!
