Puumala has 3 marketplaces: Puolukkatori (Keskustie 14), upper marketplace (Keskustie 13) and harbour marketplace (Satamatie 2).

At other times the sales time is from 6.30 am to 9 pm in the upper market place and 1st June – 31st August from 6.30 am to 9 pm in the harbour market place. During the Siltakemmakat event in July/August the market place is organised in the harbour area according to a specific site map. Sales pitches are free after the Kemmakka weekend up to the end of August.
Seasonal pitches are reserved at the technical services department of the municipality and they are paid for weekly. Reservations are available at mari.lappalainen(at)puumala.fi The Harpour Master gives out daily pitches every morning – that is, daily pitches cannot be reserved in advance. If a market trader does not arrive at his/her pitch by 8 am, the pitch will be given out to daily sellers. Market pitches for Siltakemmakat may be reserved by phone from Harbour Master.
